Thanks for the good review of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3. I needed it to convince me that I should have held out and ordered it instead of buying the Canon SD780 IS. I did a fair amount of research but hadn't found this site. The Pana ZS3 or the Canon SX 200 IS were top of my list but the store didn't have them in stock. I played with the SD 780 last night and woke up with a headache and neckache today because the 780 is just too small for my senior eyes and arthritic hands. The images are pretty good but not as good as I suspect this Panasonic offers. You have convinced me to return the pretty little Canon and get a more practical for me, highly rated Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3. Again, thanks. SM 12 Mar '10
